Why is EcoStruxure IT telling me I'm not in a supported country?

You can get a message that you’re in an unsupported country even if you’re not. The reason for this is that country detection is based on your external IP and can be affected by how your internet connection is routed, VPN connections, and similar.

If you’re in a supported country, please ignore the message and go ahead and connect.

I connected to the EcoStruxure IT Gateway but I'm not in a supported country. What do I do?

To ensure the best experience we have only released the EcoStruxure IT app in the countries we support.

If you’ve connected to the Gateway and you wish to disconnect you can disable the service from the register page in the Gateway.
